Julia is retired from producing grass finished beef and from the Red Devon restaurant in Millbrook, NY. Julia formerly served on the boards of American Farmland Trust, the Cary Institute for Ecosystem Studies, Orion Magazine and the International Council of the Musée des Arts Decoratifs.
